Reservation Policy
To validate the reservation, a deposit is required, which is equal to 30% of the total price of your stay and cannot be less than one night' s rent.
• All payments are made exclusively in euros.
• In the case of the reservation by email or phone, you must within 1 working day deposit the amount of the advance payment to the bank account that we will indicate to you. In your deposit you must state your full name.
• Any bank transfer or currency conversion costs are solely your responsibility.
• From 1/1/2018 according to Law 4514/2018, in addition to the room price, the accommodation tax is imposed. The tax amounts to €0.50 per night, is
borne by the renter of the room and is collected at the check-in.
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your reservation for any reason.
• If the cancellation is made at least 6 days before your arrival, you will be refunded the full amount of the deposit.
• If the cancellation is made after the lapse of 6 days, before the date of arrival, the deposit is not returned.
• In case of cancellation during the stay, you are required to pay the entire remaining amount of the agreed reservation.
Terms and conditions for accommodation
During your stay you have the right to use the room and the shared yard.
• On the day of your arrival, your room is assigned from 15:00 onwards, unless otherwise agreed.
• On the day of your departure, you must leave the room before 11:00. The day of departure is not charged.
• If you stay on the day of departure after 11:00 and until 17:00, you will be charged 50% of the overnight stay.
• In case of stay after 17:00, you are charged for the whole night.
• Renters are solely responsible for any material damage caused to the room (beyond normal wear and tear), either by their willful or involuntary action,
or through negligence.
• SUN DAY APARTMENTS reserves the right to charge tenants the replacement cost of any item removed without consent from the room.
• You must comply with the common quiet hours (15:00 to 17:30 and 23:00 to 07:00).
• It is not allowed to stay overnight or to use any provision of the accommodation of persons not mentioned in the reservation.
• Subletting of the room is not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed both inside the room and in the common yard.
• The use of the pool is allowed for children from six to ten years old under the supervision of a parent and entry with sand, food and drink is prohibited.
• Use of outdoor toys is only permitted under parental supervision.
• SUN DAY APARTMENTS is not responsible for any accidents.
